Kago Komane is an investigative reporter for the INK Centre for Investigative Journalism, a non-profit news agency in Botswana.  She has over five years of experience as a print journalist.  She has exposed many social ills in Botswana, including human rights injustices, corruption and drug trafficking. She has also done extensive reporting on Nestlé’s malpractices in the country, which led to authorities taking action. Kago recently completed her fellowship with amaBhungane Centre for Investigative Journalism in Johannesburg, where she investigated controversies surrounding the biggest landholders in her country.
