Inna Lazareva is a British journalist and Africa Correspondent with the Thomson Reuters Foundation. Based in Cameroon, Inna covers humanitarian, resilience, trafficking and other issues across the African continent. Together with European and African colleagues, she has worked on two major investigations for Swedish Television, PBS Frontline and Channel 4 UK on the UN peacekeeper sex abuse scandal in the Central African Republic. An award-winning journalist, she has also reported from Chad, South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya and South Africa, and is a fellow with the International Women’s Media Foundation. Previously she spent four years working as a Middle East correspondent for international media.
