This presentation will shed light on some of the major revelations in the upcoming book Heineken in Africa. While Africa is very profitable for Heineken, the global number two brewing company employs highly controversial business practices on this continent. Investigative journalist Olivier van Beemen will also speak about his research methods and his dealings with a powerful multinational corporation. 'Don't go on a crusade against Heineken, you're too young for that', were the words CEO Jean-François van Boxmeer used when they first met.
