Azarrah Karrim is a journalist at the Wits Justice Project which investigates issues of the criminal justice system in South Africa focusing on wrongful convictions, prison conditions and human rights abuses.
She is a Rhodes University undergrad and University of Johannesburg Honours graduate. She is passionate about political and social issues in South Africa, and also has an interest in all things pop culture.
